The package was shipped and received on a timely fashion, and assembly was very easy. I sprayed the whole thing with a little bit of catnip and Lulu has been all over it as soon as it was assembled. She uses her nails to climb up the sisal column and swats the pom pom and is having a blast as I write this testimonial. I don't think the pom pom will last long the way she is playing with it, so it's a good thing that there was a replacement pom pom in the package.
