Wisconsin - I'm impressed!!! I've searched for the model B8201 all over the internet and found it to be the least expensive on your site. Even with the Christmas holiday, I received my cat tree in two days!! What also impressed me is how sturdy it is despite it's height and my cats LOVE it!! Even two of the boys who never cuddle up together were found curled head to head in the top house after playing on it. Despite our furry 'tree managers' overseeing the project and testing it out every step of the way and the boxes it came in, assembling it was easy. Being in the midst of remodeling an old farm house everything was a factor......time, money, ease of assembling and the happiness of our cats. 4 stars for this and priceless to see the boys cuddled up. There's always at least one cat in the tree at all times and this was the best present I could give them. I've attached a couple pics of the two boys who now snuggle.
