What payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and

Do
you accept telephone orders?
Yes, telephone orders are accepted and encouraged,
especially if you have need additional product
information.

Please note that personal check's will be held 10 days for clearing.
When will I receive my order?
We usually ship our products by UPS GROUND with insurance
within 3 working days after payment is cleared. Depending on where you
live, it takes between 2 to 6 business days to arrive. Except for Hawaii, Alaska as these will be shipped via Postal service. To help us ensure a
prompt and speedy delivery please provide us with your phone number when you
complete the payment.
Will I receive the tracking number after the item is
shipped?
You will receive an email notice with the tracking number
after the item is shipped usually within 3 working days. So
there is no need to email us asking if your order has been shipped or when your
order will be shipped. Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday (3:00pm EST is the
Daily cutoff) will
receive their confirmation the next business day - Orders placed Wednesday
(3:01pm or later EST) through Saturday (3:00pm EST) will receive their tracking number Monday
Morning (Exception Holidays) - Orders to Canada placed before Wednesday - 4:00pm
(EST) will receive their confirmation on Thursday, orders placed after 4:00pm
(EST), Wednesday, will receive their confirmation the following Thursday.
Is it safe to give my information when I
purchase item online?
All payments are processed through Paypal's
secure server, the information you submit will be encrypted and secure. We use
the information you provide only to complete the order. We do not share the
information with any outside parties.
How much to ship my order within
Continental US?
Please refer to our
Zone Chart
to determine which Zone Option you will be using. Each
products shipping varies based on your Postal Code
(please refer to your interested product for shipping
charges. Orders to Canada may be imposed Canadian Charges
(Brokerage Fees, duties and/or taxes, consult with UPS for estimates.)
Do you ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO address?
Sorry, we currently do not ship items to a P.O.BOX or APO/FPO addresses.
I Live
outside the Continental US - Will you ship to me?
We currently ship several of our items to Hawaii,
Alaska, Canada and Puerto Rico. If the option is
available for the product you will see it on the product
description page. Please refer to our
Zone Chart to locate your
required zone by Postal Code. Canadian
shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes and Brokerage fees once they've entered
Canada for Shipping. (These charges are not included in the online price)
 I love your products, but
have seen them advertised at a lower price elsewhere - Will you price match?
Yes and No - we will do everything we can to get you that
lower price and maybe even lower than that. Just email the item location
(website address) and price information and we will respond within 24 business
hours. -

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with
our products, you may return your item.

Yes, you may cancel your
order if your request is received prior to shipment. All
cancelled orders are subject to $1.00 processing fee. |
