The package was shipped and received on a timely fashion, and assembly was very easy. I sprayed the whole thing with a little bit of catnip and Lulu has been all over it as soon as it was assembled. She uses her nails to climb up the sisal column and swats the pom pom and is having a blast as I write this testimonial. I don't think the pom pom will last long the way she is playing with it, so it's a good thing that there was a replacement pom pom in the package. California, B5701 - "I rarely order products via online, I never trust that I will get a good quality product. I was very pleased with the two kitty towers that I purchased with this company. They arrived in a timely manner as I was promised. Putting them together was very simple and timeless. The directions were easy to understand. Out of the two products I purchased, I happen to like the carpet fabric vs the faux better. At first my kitties agreed with me and took to the carpet fabric also. Eventually they have also taken a liking to the faux tower. I have 5 cats/kitties and they all like the towers. I also was pleased that the owner of the company was responsive to my emails and responded very quickly. I would purchase more products from this company when necessary.

I put it together easily Friday evening, and the kitties are enjoying the hanging toys. My older cat loves scratching on the posts.
